As a founding director of Baofeng, Jack is with the company since the start-up in 2010 and also one of the three major shareholders. Prior to that he served as International Sales Director for Xinyi Auto Parts since 2004.

Stephanie Lou - Sales & Marketing Director EMEA

Stephanie is with the company since 2018 and responsible for all sales & marketing activities for EMEA. Prior to that she served for Federal-Mogul Motorparts since 2010, lastly as Purchasing Director APAC, and prior to that as International Sales Manager for Winhere since 2004.

Dr. Rainer Bostel - Business Development

Rainer is the 2015 founding director of Bostel Consulting - Your First Choice For Automotive - and provides Business Development & Key Account Support for Baofeng Brake since 2017. Rainer served for Federal-Mogul Motorparts as SVP & GM Global Braking (Abex, Ferodo, Jurid, Wagner) since 2014, and for Honeywell International since 1987, lastly as President of Honeywell Friction Materials (Bendix, Jurid).
